Design and technology preparation of production of stamping tools and fixtures
Our Design Department designs a wide range of stamping tools focused on the automotive industry. We produce the following types of stamping tools:
- stamping tools for progressive presses
- stamping tools for transfer presses
- stamping tools for classical presses
Simulation is used to eliminate the following technical problems: material ductility, cracking, corrugation and attenuation.
Design of fixtures includes a wide spectrum of production instruments:
- welding jigs – mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic clamping
- checking fixtures – for stampings, weldments, etc.
- fixtures for machining – drilling, milling, etc. – mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic
- clamping assembly
- tools for machining – broaching tools, milling machines, tools for turning, gauges and calibers, measuring fixtures
