Design and development
Our strength is the integration of our own design department, which is staffed by experienced professionals. Using the latest simulation and design software, we provide you with the most efficient and technically feasible solutions. And as part of the feasibility study, we identify potential risks to mass production at an early stage.
We undertake the design and technical preparation for the manufacture of press tools for progressive, transfer and conventional presses mainly for the automotive industry.
We also design and manufacture press tool sets – from design to patterning and handover in our customer’s designated press shop (to NOTE1) or in TAWESCO’s press shop.
We manufacture press tools or their individual operations according to the customer’s design.
Design and technical preparation of production:
- inspection, welding and machining fixtures
- welding fixtures with mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic clamping
- control preparations – for moldings, weldments
- machining fixtures – drilling, milling – mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic clamping
- mounting jigs
- tools for machining – broaching mandrels, milling cutters, turning tools
- gauges and calipers, measuring fixtures
