Quality management and certification
Our certified quality management system and the modernization of our production facilities allow us to respond flexibly to customer requirements and to create innovative solutions and technologies for a wide range of production.
Our quality management system is ensured by the requirements of the ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.4 standards in the workpiece production of tools, fixtures and gauges. Since December 2013, Tawesco s.r.o. has also been certified in environmental management according to ISO 14001. In 2015, our quality management system in welding was certified according to ISO 3834-2. In addition to the standard activities of incoming, intermediate and outgoing product inspections, our quality assurance personnel also perform specialized activities in non-destructive and destructive weld testing.
Our facility includes our own laboratory for verifying the chemical and mechanical properties of metallurgical materials. We use a large number of workshop gauges, regularly calibrated by our own metrology laboratory, to carry out dimensional checks of products. We also focus on regular renewal with new or more efficient or effective gauges using new trends and measurement methods.
TAWESCO offers both classic touch 3D measuring machines with advanced measuring systems and specialized non-touch measuring devices with laser or optical sensing of the surfaces of the measured parts. The top optical equipment at Tawesco s.r.o. includes the ATOS III Triple Scan and the Leica AT 960-MR laser system with T-Probe and T-Scan probes.
