What does mechanical engineering look like in practice?
We showed it directly in production to students from the St. Zdislava Elementary School in Kopřivnice. Almost thirty children, wearing protective equipment, toured the press shop, tool shop, and welding shop and saw how parts are created that they normally only encounter in finished products.
We organize similar excursions regularly. We show technical fields already in elementary schools. That is, at the moment when children are starting to decide where to go next. Maybe we helped someone choose their future direction.
