Machinery fleet
Tool room, press shop, welding shop. All under one roof. Thanks to modern technology and our equipment park, we offer quality services in the design and manufacture of tools, dies, welding and manufacturing fixtures, stamping, welding, machining and assembly.
Tool room
In addition to the Schuler and Dieffenbacher hydraulic presses, we use our own machining centre, drilling tools and other grinders and milling machines.
Press shop
We are one of two pressing plants in the Czech Republic that have a 2,500-ton Schuler transfer press. Another impressive piece of equipment is the Schuler SHC hydraulic press with a pressing force of 2,000 tons, which can automatically process deep-drawn parts weighing up to 100 kg!
Welding shop
We use automated robotic workstations for welding of manufactured parts, as well as manual spot welding.
Tool room
The tool shop produces press tools that help cars, in particular, to take shape.

We press complex mouldings using progressive technologies.
