Manufacturing tools and fixtures
We are a recognized partner of the automotive industry (OEM, TIER1) in the manufacture of press tools with a focus on the manufacture of mechanical, progressive and transfer sets.
We produce:
large press tools with a weight of up to 40 t and a length of up to 6 m, for galvanized and aluminum sheets with a thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm.
separate press tools for moldings with a sheet thickness of 1 to 10 mm.
press tools for the manufacture of complex internal body parts for NOTE1 or crash tests.
press tools for individual operations of surface parts:
- For the manufacture of press tools, we use new progressive machining methods with a focus on the quality of the machined surface.
- For final machining, we use our 5-axis and 3-axis machining centres complemented by a finishing 5-axis gantry machining center, the Trimill VF6535.
- We have the advantage of having our own hydraulic test presses, DIEFFENBACHER EA 2500 tons and SCHULER-SHC-1250 tons.
- We manufacture press tools for other sectors – for agricultural, municipal and handling equipment, as well as for household appliances, the food industry, and for sheet metal thicknesses from 3.5 to 8 mm.
We manufacture advanced welding, machining, inspection and measuring machines with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls.
We also use:
- mobile equipment for induction hardening, tempering, soldering
- micropulse welding equipment designed for the very precise welding of tool
- steel in a wide range of material and hardness
- conventional machinery – boring machines, grinders, milling machines, lathes
- laser marking equipment
- radial drilling equipment
