MES System Implementation Project
Between 2023 and 2025, with the support of European Union subsidies, we implemented a project to digitize selected processes and increase cyber security.

The main objectives were to increase production productivity by implementing an MES system that provides real-time overview of production, machine productivity, downtime, and its causes. MES also supported the area of maintenance management. The project also includes increasing the cyber security of the network.
For this purpose, touch terminals with mobile barcode scanners and large-format display panels were delivered and installed for the purpose of monitoring the actual utilization of key production equipment.
Software applications were delivered for visualizing productivity at selected workplaces with connections to production equipment and links to the ERP system, with the option of recording takt time, downtime, etc.
The system includes reporting for groups of production equipment or individual machines with the aim of monitoring and optimizing the productivity of production equipment.
Modern wireless barcode readers were delivered for recording material transfers and product shipments.
New-generation switches were delivered, enabling network control, monitoring, and better segmentation of logical parts of the network.
As part of the project, the PALSTAT software was also expanded with a laboratory module.
