TAWESCO Appoints a New Chief Financial Officer

Dita Wanke has been with TAWESCO since 2012. Over the years, she has worked in both controlling and finance, gradually taking over responsibility not only for the cost-effectiveness and profitability of individual projects but also for the company’s overall financial performance. She is now expanding this role to the group level.

In her new position, she will oversee the comprehensive financial management of TAWESCO and the companies that form the TAWESCO Industry group. She continues the strategic direction set by TAWESCO’s leadership in recent years and plays an active role in its development and implementation.

“Dita has in-depth knowledge of the company, its operations, and how it functions. This allows her to see TAWESCO in a broader context and seamlessly continue the work already underway,” says Margita Rejchrtová, CEO of TAWESCO.

“What has always stood out to me at TAWESCO —and what still keeps me here— are the personal relationships and the closeness among people. It’s a place where we know each other by name and where collaboration across the company happens naturally,” adds Dita Wanke.

Dita holds a degree in Corporate Financial Management from Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Before joining TAWESCO, she worked as a controller at Continental in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. She is originally from Sedlnice and enjoys spending her free time with her family and in the garden.
