Tawesco Maintained Its Positive Sustainability Rating
We successfully completed the supply chain sustainability assessment using the SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire). Despite stricter evaluation criteria, we achieved a score of B80, which falls into the positive “Green” category.
This result confirms that we meet the required standards in the areas of sustainability and responsible business practices. It is also important to us from a business perspective, as a positive SAQ rating is increasingly becoming a prerequisite for collaborating with customers and participating in competitive bidding for new contracts.
“Recently, we’ve been encountering the requirement for a positive sustainability rating as early as the initial negotiations on potential contracts. ESG assessment results are gradually becoming a standard part of supplier qualification and can determine whether a company is eligible to bid on new projects,” explains Václav Gurkovský, ESG specialist at Promet Group.
